Short Bio:

Muhammad Shahzad Nazir received, Masters in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, and a Ph.D. (Power system and Automation) from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China in the year 2012, and 2018 respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Automation with Huaiyin Institute of Technology, Huai’an, Jiangsu, China. He is also the Member of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineers.


Dr. Nazir is also serving as a reviewer of reputed top ranked SCI-indexed journals. He has authored and co-authored in top ranked SCI-indexed journals such as Science of the Total Environment (STOTEN), Sustainability, and SAGE publishing. He authored a book Renewable Energy published by LAP LAMBERT Publishing, Germany. Dr. Shahzad Nasir’s main research interest includes energy system protection and control, power electronics design & its application in power systems, renewable energy technologies, wind power, environmental engineering.
